The employment application should be filled out completely and clearly show that the minimum qualifications and requirements for the position have been met. Do not fill in spaces with "see resume." Copies of documents verifying education, driver's license and any other licenses or certifications required by the position notice should be presented with the application. Any falsification of information on an application will subject the applicant to disqualification from employment.
